Cancellation Policy
Peppermint Park Eco Village Cancellation Policy 2010
Security deposits are required on all bookings. A booking cannot be confirmed until a deposit is received and receipted.
· Deposits are not refundable or transferable unless : · At least 60 days notice of the cancellation or variation is received in writing, for a full refund. · Any cancellation or variation within a 60 day period will result in a 1 night tariff cancellation fee being charged. · Any cancellation or variation within a 30 day period will result in a 50% cancellation fee · being charged. · If less than 7 days notice is given the deposit will be forfeited in full. Your booking is for a set time and, once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Cancellations must be made in writing. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance.
Booking Conditions Xmas Holidays-7 nights minimum Easter - 4 nights minimum Long Weekends - 3 nights minimum. A 1 Night deposit is required to secure reservations made for the above times. Full balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival date. Minimum 1 night booking applies at all other times of the year. A security deposit of one night’s tariff is required to secure mid week bookings. Full amount payable in advance for weekend bookings. Cheques are not accepted on arrival, must be recieved with time to clear before arrival. EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit accepted. Tariffs are not refundable if you choose to cut short your stay. Bookings are not transferable to another person or to another time. A booking will be considered cancelled and all monies paid will be forfeited if we have not been contacted by you before 10am on the day after your expected arrival date. Arrival time is after 2pm and departure time is before 10am. All accommodation units and other buildings are NON-SMOKING. Accommodation units are serviced after 8 days. As a member of BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia PTY LTD we are unable to accept pets of any description.
