Refunds Policy

Mid & Peak Season: Your deposit will be refunded in full if we receive at least 30 days notice before your scheduled arrival.

If less than 30 days notification, a cancellation fee will apply.

If less than 7 days notification, the minimal one night tariff applies (i.e. 1 nights tariff based on 2 people only)

Low Season: Your deposit will be happily refunded up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

We do not refund any monies paid should you cut short your reservation/holiday for any reason.
